How Do I Order?

Download the Design Request Form. Print it and fill it out.

Select your images that you would like to see in your album and also
choose some “detail shots” too. Put them all on a CD or DVD.

Mail us the Design Request Form and the CD or DVD of the high-resolution images.

We will email you or call (your choice) to confirm receipt and to discuss the details of your unique design.

You will be emailed and invoice for your initial payment of 50% of the
total thru PayPal before your design can be started. We accept all major
credit cards. After conformation, your design will be underway!

In about 2 weeks your first online presentation will be posted for you
view and make changes if you so desire.

Upon your approval of the design, we will invoice the remaining balance
due then, mail you a High Resolution CD or DVD or send it to
print and in about 4-6 weeks you will receive your beautiful handmade
coffee table book.

How many images should I submit?
Choose the photos you want us to work with. It’s a good idea to submit "must
have" photos and "maybe" photos. And don't forget those detail shots too, these
are great for background images. 75-125 images are enough for most albums of up
to 40 sides. Add 20-30 images if you are going to want more than 40 sides.

In what resolution and format should photographs be?
We prefer high-resolution files. We accept .JPG format. JPGs must be 300 dpi.

How many images per layout can you use?
2-8 images per layout. Candid pages may be up to 20 images in a collage style
page. But less is more....in some cases.

What size and shapes do your designs come in?
We can design a book in any proportion: 4x5, 5x5, 8x8, 8x10, 91/2x12,
10x10,12x12 and so on.

In what format will I receive the final product?
They will be returned to you in jpg format on an image CD or DVD.

How many layouts per wedding you normally design?
On average, we do 30 sides (pages) per wedding, 20-page minimum, 50 page maximum
if ordering a Story Book Album, otherwise as many as you'd like.

Do you accept photos from different weddings to design a presentation book?
Absolutely! We can design presentation books based on any collection of
photos. We will design and album that will highlight your style of photography
and make your studio look it’s very best!

How many changes can we request after we receive the first preview?
You may request 2 free rounds of changes per album. Charges will be applied for
any additional changes at $1.00 each pages.

Do you provide binding services, or do you just do the design?
Yes, we offer printing and binding! We offer a coffee table style
book. Also for companion albums great for parent albums or take along
albums we offer a paper back press printed album too that is a copy of your
album design.

Do you use text in your layouts?
Yes, we’ll be happy to incorporate text. To make the album "very personal" we
suggest phrases from the marriage vows, wedding toasts or name of the couple's
song they first danced to. We may add text to the album as well as we are in the
designing process to help tell the story and capture the moments of their
special day. You may edit it as you like in the preview.

Who decides how many layouts go into the album?
You and your client decide how many layouts. If you are unsure we would be happy
to create an album using the most effective images that tell the story of the
event.

How many changes can we request after we receive the first preview?
You may request 2 free rounds of changes per album. Charges will be applied for
any additional changes @$10.00 each pages.

How long does it take to complete each album design?
The turn around time is approximately 14 days for the first preview.

How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice by email which will give you a link that will take
you right to the PayPal website, there “YOU” will enter all your credit card
info and pay thru PayPal. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this
method for payment.

What are your terms?
We will send you an invoice via email with your entire purchase billed. You
are only required to pay 50% before the design is started. Upon your approval of
the design you will billed via email for the remaining balance.
